Our story
The bus has been made in 1978 and drove the streets of London for many years. When Emmanuel brought it to Estonia, it was almost in perfect shape and with a working engine.
In two years Emmanuel and his family have renovated it: renewed the second floor and made it into a dining place there, rebuilt the first floor, and added the professional kitchen equipment.
Now it is ready for a food ride with a spectacular view! Hop on and enjoy!
Emmanuel Wille, mostly known as Manu has been a Chef for 30 years. He has traveled the world and experimented with many different cuisines which is why his food has as vibrant personality as him.
Manu worked in the best restaurants of Belgium, served Her Majesty Princess Lilian of Belgium, and been coaching and supporting Bocuse d’Or Estonia – Estonian team at International Gastronomic Competition Bocuse d’Or.
With Chef Manu you truly are in for a memorable culinary ride literally and figuratively!
